This is what’s included in your Flying Start
My 7-day Food, Mood & Elimination Journal to be filled in by you during seven days prior our first session. It will be the basis for our work together.
One 90-minute 1:1 Skype session with me to analyze and identify your current diet and habits around food, along with other lifestyle factors impacting your eating behaviour (did you know that lack of sleep makes you overeat?). We’ll then identify what’s working well and any areas that need improvement or adjustment. We’ll end the session with your individual, unique step-by-step action plan to take you through the next four weeks.
Two 30-minute follow up Skype session at two week intervals from the initial consult (at 2 weeks and 4 weeks) to evaluate your progress and tweak your diet even further to meet your unique situation, and offer you recommendations and tips for going forward on your own.
Unlimited one-month email support between sessions so you never feel alone and can easily stay on track
