FORREST YOGA Weekly GROUP CLASSES

Intimate group classes with a maximum of 10 people allow you to experience all the benefits of Forrest Yoga and personal attention with hands-on assists. Forrest Yoga is a powerful healing practice with a strong emphasis on physical, mental, and emotional healing. It builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with your authentic self. Expect to flow, sweat and connect with uplifting asana, pranayama and meditation.

Each class starts with setting intent, followed by breath work, asana (including unique Forrest Yoga core strengthening work) and ends off with reflection & meditation.

Suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners. If you have any injuries, please let the teacher know before the class. If you are unsure whether the class is suitable for you, contact me prior to booking. Booking is required to secure your spot. The class is 90 minutes. The language of instructions is English, you can ask questions in Dutch.

Bring with you an open mind and a positive attitude + a yoga mat, a bottle of water and a small towel for sweat. We will provide all Forrest Yoga "toys" - block, strap, roll.
